Learn how to create a piece for a show-reel and take part in mock-auditions, where we also offer advice about the next steps within the industry.
Dance Technique
(Ages 7+)
Dance Technique is the root of dance training. In this class, Dancers will increase and develop their dancing skills. It’s so important for dancers to continue to sharpen their technical skills because it will translate into their performance of varied choreography. Good technique will ensure a dancer’s longevity, prevent injuries, build strength and flexibility, and refine movement quality.
All of which provide technically skilled dancers with the ability to dance using correct body placement and alignment and beautiful lines. Through dance, students learn teamwork, focus, and improvisational skills. This class is a great way of taking a dancer to the next level. In this class we will have guest teachers from the West End and established choreographers to keep the children learning from different industry professionals.
